Method
- Cook spaghetti in salted water till al-dente and reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- In a frying pan, add the oil and saute garlic for 30 mins. Add sausages and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Pour the canned tomatoes.
- Add dried herbs and mix in the 3 seasonings too.
- Add in 1/4 cup of the pasta water, butter, and parmesan cheese and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
To serve
- You can either pour the sauce over the pasta prior to serving or mix the pasta in the sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. I pour the sauce over the pasta since I wanted it to look better in the photos.
