Orange and Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 large banana or 2 small frozen would be better
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp agave - optional you can also use honey or sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Place the carrot juice, mandarin oranges, banana, Greek yogurt, ice and agave in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Serve immediately.
