Ingredients
Method
- Heat oil in work/frying pan.
- Saute blended ingredients till nice and fragrant.
- Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in fishball and fishcake and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- Add some water if it get too dry.
- Add oyster sauce and tomato sauce.
- Add noodles and mix well.
- Finally add greens and stir fry for a few more minutes.
- Top with spring onion and calamansi lime halves.
Notes
I used yellow noodles which already have salt in them, so I did not use any salt. If you are using other types of noodles, you might need to add salt.
