Crab Rangoon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g crabstick
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic - grated
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Canola oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Shred the crabstick.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the middle of a wonton wrapper.
  4. Dab some water on the outer edges of the wonton wrapper and fold the two ends of the wrapper together. Fold the other two ends to make a tiny parcel.
  5. Heat up a pot of oil for deep-frying and fry the crab rangoon until golden brown.
  6. Dish out on paper towels to drain the excess oil before serving with some chili sauce
