Watermelon and Soy Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup watermelon Freeze this if you like the smoothie cold and thick
  • 2 cups unsweetened OR sweetened soy bean milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

If you are using sweetened soy milk, you would not need to add sugar.
