Vegan Raspberry and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp honey depending on how sweet you like it

Method
 

  1. Add coconut milk, coconut water, frozen raspberries and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top with a couple of raspberries and a little shredded coconut, if you prefer.
