Vegan Mango and Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup orange juice I used freshly squeezed orange juice, you can use 100% orange juice in carton
  • 1 cup mango chunks

Method
 

  1. Place the mango chunks in a ziplock bag and keep it in the freezer for at least 4 hours before making this smoothie.
  2. Alternatively, you can freeze it overnight.
  3. In a blender, blend the frozen mangoes and orange juice. until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
