washed, hulled and cut into pieces

of sugar
If you fruits are not sweet
Some ice
Method
In a blender, blend fruits, ice and sugar if using.
Pour into 3 glasses.
Serve cold.
Notes
If you do not want to use ice, just chill your fruits in advance.
