Strawberry and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  

For the mango smoothie
  • 0.5 cup low fat/non-fat milk
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup mango - cubed and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar/stevia/agave/honey or more if your mango is not sweet and ripe
For the strawberry smoothie
  • 0.5 cup low fat/non-fat milk
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup strawberry - cubed and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar/stevia/agave/honey or more if your strawberries are not sweet and ripe

Method
 

For the mango smoothie
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and set aside.
For the strawberry smoothie
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and aside.
To assemble
  1. Divide the strawberry smoothie among 4 glasses.
  2. Spoon the mango smoothie over the strawberry smoothie.
  3. Serve cold
