Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g bittersweet chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce 3tbsp if you prefer it sweet
  • Whipped cream
  • More salted caramel for topping

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan add in milk and chocolate.
  2. Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add the 2 tbsp of salted caramel.
  4. Once the hot chocolate reached a light simmer, take it off the flame.
  5. Pour into 2 mugs and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of the caramel sauce.
