Pina Colado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups low fat coconut milk or 1/2 cup coconut cream if using coconut cream, add an exta 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large frozen banana see notes
  • Sugar or agave optional - If you want a sweeter smoothie

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. If it is too thick, add some pineapple juice.
  4. Serve cold.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

If you are not a fan of banana, you can replace it with a heap tablespoon of quick oats instead.
