Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large bananas frozen
  • 2 cups cold milk of your choice I used fresh milk. You can use almond milk too
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter use 1/2 cup if you prefer a stronger peanut butter flavor
  • 2 tablespoons honey or a sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice if you prefer a thicker smoothie (Optional)

Method
 

  1. Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey and ice if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
