Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries I used raspberry and blueberry
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
