Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups fresh/frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 cup vanilla/greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey/agave - optional
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or milk - optional If you prefer a smoothie bowl that is less thick
Toppings
  • Goji berries
  • Blueberries
  • Baby kiwis
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Raspberries

Method
 

  1. Blend the mango, banana, yogurt, honey and coconut water/milk if using.
  2. Once smooth, transfer to a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
