Easy Chia Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 2 tbsp agave or honey
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1-2 tablespoon chia
  • Ice if preferred

Method
 

  1. Combine lemon juice, agave/honey, water in a pitcher.
  2. Once well combined, add chia seeds and let this sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the chia seeds to plump up.
  3. Serve over ice if prefer.
