Method
- Place oil and ghee in a frying pan.
- Sauté sliced onions for a few minutes.
- Add green chilli and continue sautéing for another minute or two.
- Add ginger and garlic.
- Mix in blended onion and curry powder.
- Continue sautéing. Once it gets too try, add some water.
- Continue cooking till the masala is well cooked and the oil starts to separate from the masala.
- Add salt and black pepper to season.
- Mix in prawns.
- Add yoghurt and some water.
- Once prawns are cooked, top with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
