Method
- Keep aside 1/4 cup of the cranberries.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and water over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and cook this for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the 1/4 cup of reserved cranberries and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve once cool or store in the fridge.
