Coconut Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Juice and pulp from 1 fresh coconut
  • 2 to 3 scoops of coconut ice cream (I used Wall's Asian delight coconut ice cream
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup - optional see notes

Method
 

  1. Place the coconut water and coconut pulp in a blender.
  2. Mix in simple syrup, if using.
  3. Add 2-3 tbsp of ice cream.
  4. Finally, add ice cubes into the blender and blend till smooth.

Notes

To make the simple syrup, just mix 2 tbsp sugar + 1/4 cup of hot water.
