Blue Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Coconut water and meat from 1 young coconut if not available, use 1/4 cup coconut milk + 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp of blue spirulina
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of mangoes frozen
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • Optional: Sweetener of choice i used agave

Method
 

  1. Mix all the ingredients except mangoes in the blender until smooth.
  2. Add the mangoes and process it for a few seconds.
  3. Place the smoothie in a bowl and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
