Banana Raspberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g fresh/frozen raspberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt almond or soy milk for a dairy-free and vegan version
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk Or more if you don't like your smoothie thick
  • *optional - Honey / Stevia / Sugar / Agave Whichever you prefer

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Add sweetener to taste, if you are using it.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more milk.
