In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a non stick frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Place sliced bananas on half of the pancake. Fold over the other half of the pancake and you will end up with a semi-circle.
Drizzle nutella all over the pancake and finally top with a scoop of ice cream
