Method
- Cook the spaghetti n a large pot of boiling salted water until just al dente.
- Keep aside 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
- In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
- Saute garlic for 20 seconds and add the blended ingredients.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add prawns.
- Season with salt and chili flakes.
- Mix in spaghetti and the pasta water.
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce and cook for a few minutes till the liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish with spring onion and red chili
