Almond Butter Banana Smoothie

This Almond Butter Banana Smoothie isn't just delicious but it's healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana - frozen
  • 1 cup milk I used fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar if you prefer Omit if your banana is already sweet
  • 1 heap tablespoon almond butter
  • 3 ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Place everything in a blender and process for about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
