Acai Berry Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1 pack 100g unsweeten frozen acai puree (or 2 tsp of acai powder)
  • ½ - ⅔ cup milk whichever milk you prefer. I used soy milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Toppings
  • Mango
  • Chia seeds
  • Berries
  • Granola

Method
 

  1. Break up the frozen acai berries into chunks.
  2. In a blender add ½ cup of the milk followed by everything else.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if required.
  4. Pour into 2 bowls and top with your desired toppings.
