5 Ingredients Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g strawberries hulled (Mine was frozen thus I didn't need to add ice in the smoothie)
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey or agave

Method
 

  1. Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the sweetness according to taste and pour into serving glasses.
