5 ingredients Sesame Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds asparagus ends trimmed,
  • 1-2 tablespoon light soy sauce Depending on the salt content of the brand of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 3 teaspoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and saute chopped garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add asparagus and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Season with soy sauce, black pepper and sesame oil.
  4. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately
