Method
- Heat a large griddle pan and add the olive oil.
- Drop it the garlic halves to infuse the olive oil for 1 minute.
- Remove the garlic and add in the asparagus spears and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Grate/shave some parmesan over the asparagus.
Notes
I added a few slices of lemon in the griddle for presentation purposes. Use less lemon juice if you are going to add the lemon slices too.
