Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yogurt I used Greek yogurt
  • cup water or low fat milk chilled
  • 3 tbsp sugar or to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a blender blend yogurt, water/milk and sugar until smooth and frothy.
  2. If you like it extremely cold, add ice cubes while blending.
  3. To serve, pour in glass and top with some ice.
  4. Garnish with sliced almonds if preferred.
