Ingredients
  

  • 500 g fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 L water
  • Sweetener of your choice If using sugar, start with 1/2 cup and if you are using agave, start with 1/4 cup. Add more if you find it too tart to your liking

Method
 

  1. Wash and drain the cranberries.
  2. Combine cranberries and water in a pot.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and cook until berries burst for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Once done, turn off the fire and add the sweetener.
  6. Let it cool down for a bit and strain juice through a fine strainer.
  7. Pour into bottles and allow to cool before refrigerating.
