Method
- Wash and drain the cranberries.
- Combine cranberries and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cook until berries burst for about 20-25 minutes.
- Once done, turn off the fire and add the sweetener.
- Let it cool down for a bit and strain juice through a fine strainer.
- Pour into bottles and allow to cool before refrigerating.
