Pumpkin Spice Latte

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte that you can enjoy all year round.
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk (optional)
  • 1-3 tbsp sugar (I used 1 level tbsp of brown sugar and 1 level tbsp of white sugar. Use less if you are using the condensed milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
  • ½ cup strong hot coffee
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  1. Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee.
  4. Divide the mixture between two mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
