Cook spaghetti in salted water till al-dente and reserve ½ cup of the pasta water.
In a frying pan, add the oil and saute garlic for 30 mins. Add sausages and cook for another 30 seconds.
Pour the canned tomatoes.
Add dried herbs and mix in the 3 seasonings too.
Add in ¼ cup of the pasta water, butter, and parmesan cheese and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
To serve
You can either pour the sauce over the pasta prior to serving or mix the pasta in the sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. I pour the sauce over the pasta since I wanted it to look better in the photos.
