Blue Smoothie Bowl Recipe

  • Coconut water and meat from 1 young coconut (if not available, use ¼ cup coconut milk + ¼ cup coconut water)
  • 1 tbsp of blue spirulina
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of mangoes, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • Optional: Sweetener of choice (i used agave)
  1. Mix all the ingredients except mangoes in the blender until smooth.
  2. Add the mangoes and process it for a few seconds.
  3. Place the smoothie in a bowl and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
