Acai Berry Bowl

- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 pack (100g) unsweeten frozen acai puree (or 2 tsp of acai powder)
- ½ - ⅔ cup milk (whichever milk you prefer. I used soy milk)
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Toppings
- Mango
- Chia seeds
- Berries
- Granola
- Break up the frozen acai berries into chunks.
- In a blender add ½ cup of the milk followed by everything else.
- Blend until smooth. Add more milk if required.
- Pour into 2 bowls and top with your desired toppings.
