Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 2 large bananas, frozen
  • 2 cups cold milk of your choice (I used fresh milk. You can use almond milk too)
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter (use ½ cup if you prefer a stronger peanut butter flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or a sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • ½ cup ice, if you prefer a thicker smoothie (Optional)
  1. Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey and ice if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
