Kale Chips Recipe

  • 1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Sea salt and black pepper, for seasoning
  1. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees C.
  2. Remove the ribs from the kale and tear the leaves into large prices.
  3. Wash the leaves and let it dry completely.
  4. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
  5. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes.
  6. Once cool, store in an air-tight container.
