5 ingredients Sesame Asparagus

  • 2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed,
  • 1-2 tablespoon light soy sauce (Depending on the salt content of the brand of soy sauce)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and saute chopped garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add asparagus and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Season with soy sauce, black pepper and sesame oil.
  4. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately
