- 2 cups yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
- ⅔ cup water or low fat milk(chilled)
- 3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- In a blender blend yogurt, water/milk and sugar until smooth and frothy.
- If you like it extremely cold, add ice cubes while blending.
- To serve, pour in glass and top with some ice.
- Garnish with sliced almonds if preferred.
