Strawberry and Mango Smoothie

- 0.5 cup low fat/non-fat milk
- 0.5 cup greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1 cup mango - cubed and frozen
- 1 tablespoon sugar/stevia/agave/honey (or more if your mango is not sweet and ripe)

- 1 cup strawberry - cubed and frozen
- 1 tablespoon sugar/stevia/agave/honey (or more if your strawberries are not sweet and ripe)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and set aside.

- Divide the strawberry smoothie among 4 glasses.
- Spoon the mango smoothie over the strawberry smoothie.
- Serve cold
