Pina Colado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cups low fat coconut milk or ½ cup coconut cream (if using coconut cream, add an exta ½ cup of pineapple juice)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ⅔ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large frozen banana (see notes)
  • Sugar or agave (optional) - If you want a sweeter smoothie
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. If it is too thick, add some pineapple juice.
  4. Serve cold.
  5. Enjoy!
Notes
If you are not a fan of banana, you can replace it with a heap tablespoon of quick oats instead.
