Simple Caramelized Salmon Recipe

  • 400 g Salmon fillets
  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
  • kosher salt
  • Crushed black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic mixed herbs (You can also use a mix of garlic powder and mix herbs)
  1. Combine the brown sugar, salt, mixed herbs and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip each filet into the bowl and coat the the salmon with the mixture.
  3. Heat a little bit of olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, pan fry the salmon for a few minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with salad.
