Watermelon and Soy Milk Smoothie

- 1 cup watermelon (Freeze this if you like the smoothie cold and thick)
- 2 cups unsweetened OR sweetened soy bean milk
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you are using sweetened soy milk, you would not need to add sugar.
