Watermelon and Soy Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup watermelon (Freeze this if you like the smoothie cold and thick)
  • 2 cups unsweetened OR sweetened soy bean milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
If you are using sweetened soy milk, you would not need to add sugar.
