Cream Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
  • 250 g bread flour
  • 160 g water
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 10 g milk powder
  • 15 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 20gm butter
  • 2.5gm dry yeast
Instructions
  1. Pour water into pan of bread maker, followed by butter, cheese, sugar and salt.
  2. Add flour, milk powder and yeast.
  3. Set the breadmaker according to your settings and bake away.
