Refreshing Mango Lassi

  • 2 large fully ripen mangoes - stoned, and sliced
  • 250 ml plain yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
  • 100 ml cold milk (I used fresh milk)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (depending on the sweetness of the mango)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  1. Place, mango, milk, sugar and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the sweetness if necessary.
  3. Pour into individual glasses.
  4. If you prefer your lassi to be a little diluted, top with some ice.
If you do not want to add milk to your lassi, feel free to omit the milk. You can replace the milk with some cold water instead.
