Ingredients
  • 20 dates - stoned
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place the dates and milk in a blender/liquidizer and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes and whiz again.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
