Skinny Avocado Smoothie

- 1 large avocado - Sliced
- 1.25 cup cold skimmed milk
- ½ cup ice
- 2-3 tablespoons honey (more if you like yours sweet)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth. Pour in 2 tall glasses and serve.
You can also use fresh milk or low fat milk based on your preference.
