Simple Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 Cucumbers - Washed, remove centers and cut into 2.5cm strips.
  • 1 Green chili - sliced
  • 1 Red chili - sliced
  • 5 shallots - halved
  • 5 garlic - halved
  • Chopped mint/coriander leaves
  • 3-4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to season
Instructions
  1. Mix everything in a bowl. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 mins or more so that the flavors combine well.
Notes
This keeps well up to 2 days in the fridge.
