Simple Cucumber Salad

- 2 Cucumbers - Washed, remove centers and cut into 2.5cm strips.
- 1 Green chili - sliced
- 1 Red chili - sliced
- 5 shallots - halved
- 5 garlic - halved
- Chopped mint/coriander leaves
- 3-4 tbsp Vinegar
- 2tbsp Sugar
- Salt to season
- Mix everything in a bowl. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 mins or more so that the flavors combine well.
This keeps well up to 2 days in the fridge.
