Home-made Muesli

- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup ground bran
- ¼ cup chopped dried apricots
- ¼ cup chopped dates
- 1 cup almond flakes (toasted)
- a handful of banana chips (slightly crushed)
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp raisins
- ¼ cup brown sugar (Optional)
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Cool and keep in an airtight container.
- Serve with milk, yogurt or even ice cream!
This will keep for a good couple of months in an airtight container.
