Refreshing Strawberry Lassi

  • 150 g fresh strawberries -sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full fat or low fat, your choice)
  • ½ cup water or milk
  • 3-4 tablespoon sugar (Adjust according to your preferences)
  • Ice for serving
  1. Add yogurt, sugar, water/milk in a blender Jar. Blend well for about 5 minutes or until everything mixed to the consistency you want.
  2. Top your lassi with some ice, if you prefer.
