Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

- 2 cups whipping cream
- ¾ cup condensed milk
- 150g cream cheese
- ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- ½ cup chopped graham crackers
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Strawberries and graham crackers for topping (Optional)
- Combine the strawberries and jam in a small bowl and set aside.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the whipping cream till light and fluffy.
- Add the condensed milk and whip for another 30 seconds.
- Add the cream cheese and whip until well combined.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in the strawberries and graham crackers.
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe dish.
- Top with more strawberries and graham crackers if desired.
- Freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
