Mango And Passion Fruit Lassi

  • 1 mango cubed (about 200g)
  • 1 passion fruit, juice and seeds
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  1. Add mango, passion fruit, milk, yogurt and sugar to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Now add the ice and continue blending into an icy smooth mango lassi. Enjoy cold.
  3. Alternatively, you can just top with ice, if your blender is not powerful enough for ice.
